QUESTION:  Does the White House have a scrum master?   By that I mean, is there a person who manages all the projects of all the departments and agencies on one big schedule to prevent conflicts, cross purposes and outright disasters?   Word of mouth says the White House does not.  We cannot document this so ……we apologize in advance if we are inaccurate here.

This is a short and to the point post.  GET ONE that allows for security levels, reduction and expansion in its views, color coding and hiding particular departments as needed.  I am sure there are more features that would be helpful if they put their minds to it.
Why?  The president needs to know EXACTLY how the departments and agencies in this government are working at any given moment in time, and on what schedule with updated progress notes posted as required by the project.  The President cannot manage what he does not know in a timely fashion.  It is that simple.
There is no excuse for this information not being available in real time to the President.
